What You’ll Do

As a founder associate at VORPCO you play a crucial role in supporting the founder in all areas of the Busines. You will be assisting with various tasks, including research, project management, and strategic planning. This position involves coordinating communications, managing schedules and helping to implement the founder's vision. As a founder associate you will also help to streamline operations and drive the company’s growth.

In General this roles offers the unique chance to learn directly from the founders and be in first row for the creation of a large scale Startup company.
In addition to international travelling, you will have the opportunity to lead research and development initiatives, staying at the forefront of technological advancements and industry best practices. Your insights and expertise will drive the evolution of our product portfolio, setting new standards for quality and innovation.
What you need:

University Degree in either Business, Marketing or Engineering or similar

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Fluency in English and Preferably Portuguese (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).
