Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator
We are a growing international B2B company based in Portugal, serving industrial clients across Central Europe. Our focus is on delivering high-quality components, reliable service, and efficient logistics to support our customers’ operations. To strengthen our local team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to join us in the Greater Lisbon area.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal team — ensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery.
In this role, you will:

Prepare sales quotations, order confirmations, and invoices using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).

Communicate daily with international customers and suppliers, providing clear updates and excellent service.

Coordinate international shipments through DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders, managing all related documentation.

Support our finance operations by preparing payments, checking invoices, and assisting our external accountants.

Keep our office organized and efficient — from maintaining digital records to handling occasional administrative tasks.

Collaborate closely with the management team to improve workflows and ensure our clients across Central Europe receive fast, reliable support.

What you need:

Fluent in Portuguese and English — written and spoken.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (this will be tested), together with good working knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Previous experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.

Solid understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Experience handling international shipping and logistics (DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders).

Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset.

Basic understanding of accounting tasks such as payment preparation and invoice verification.

A reliable, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
