What You’ll Do
As a Production Specialist at VORPCO, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Your role will include monitoring equipment performance, managing inventory levels, and assisting in training new staff members. Attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential for success in this position.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work cross functionality with engineering, and sales and be part of the founding team.
Your insights and expertise will drive production output, setting new standards in the machine tool industry and keep up with our customers demand.
What you need:

Experience in managing teams in the field of Industrial Production (Minimum 5 years)

Knowledge of process engineering and organisation

Excellent analytical skills and willingness to think out of the box

Willingness cross functional collaboration within the startup environment

Fluency in English and Portuguese (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).

Strong orientation for customer service and problem solving.

Ability to work with competing priorities in a dynamic environment and open to new challenges

Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
