VORPCO Machine Tool Accessories Lda. handles product manufacturing, technical development, logistics, and supporting data processing.

For specific processing activities, both companies act as joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR.
Key information of this joint-controller arrangement is available upon request.

The website is hosted in Germany and governed by German law.

Microsoft Corporation (USA / EU) –
as our trusted cloud provider for CRM, ERP, and communication systems.

All transfers take place under appropriate contractual safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Microsoft’s verified GDPR compliance.

5. International data transfers

Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly on servers operated by our cloud providers (Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365).
All transfers comply with Article 46 GDPR using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by law.
