What You’ll Do
As an International Sales & Customer Insights Specialist at VORPCO, you will be at the forefront of our global growth efforts. You’ll engage directly with customers and partners to expand our reach across international markets—especially in Europe and the US. Your work will blend strategic outreach with creative storytelling, as you conduct interviews, build relationships, and produce customer-focused content for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and capturing valuable customer feedback to inform our product and marketing strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting with people—from the shop floor to executive offices. You’ll play a vital role in building our international presence and shaping how the world sees VORPCO.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on customer engagement initiatives, shape our international sales approach from the ground up, and develop new skills every day.
Your insights and creativity will directly influence how we connect with clients, refine our market presence, and elevate the customer experience—setting new standards for outreach, storytelling, and global growth.

What you need:

Previous experience in international B2B sales, customer-facing roles, or similar positions in industrial or technical sectors.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally on and off camera.

Experience in content creation, especially planning, recording, and editing YouTube videos or similar media formats.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese and additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German is a strong plus.

Strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with a flexible and open attitude.

Experience with CRM or ERP systems and digital tools for sales and content management is an advantage.
